Workforce Monitoring

The floor, live - and every minute of it kept.

See the whole workforce as it stands right now, then rewind to any point in the shift and see exactly how it looked then.

Right now

Who is working, who isn't, and since when.

One board covering the whole workforce, updating as people clock in, step away and come back.

Present214

Clocked in and inside their shift window, by department and work site.

On Break26

Away and still within the allowance, with the running clock visible.

Over Break4

Past the allowance. Flagged the moment it happens, not at cut-off.

Absent9

No clock-in against a scheduled shift, separated from approved leave.

Backtracking

Rewind the board to any moment.

The live view and the historical view are the same view. Pick a date and time and see exactly what the floor looked like.

Over break & penalties

The rule decides, not the argument.

You set the break allowance, the grace period and what happens past it. The system applies the same rule to everyone and shows its working.

  • Allowance and grace period set per shift or role
  • Overage measured to the minute from the clock record
  • Penalty computed by your policy, not by hand
  • Supervisor can waive with a reason that stays on record
Worked exampleOver break

How the figure is reached

  • Break out 10:02, break in 10:41 - 39 minutes taken
  • Allowance 30 minutes, grace 5 minutes
  • Chargeable overage: 4 minutes
  • Applied to the work entry, visible on the payslip

Every figure links back to the two clock records it came from.

See it run on your shift patterns.

Send us your shift and break rules and we will show the board running against them.
