1. Agreement to these terms

This website is operated by IKIGAISPACE IT SOLUTIONS, trading as IT Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of this website only. They are not a contract for services.

Any engagement to design, build, host, support or maintain software is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything on this website conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Descriptions of our services on this site are for general information. They are not offers capable of acceptance, and they do not form part of any contract unless expressly incorporated into a signed agreement.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry form or requesting a time slot does not create a contract, a reservation, or an obligation on either side.

A requested time is a preference, not a confirmed appointment. A meeting is only scheduled once we confirm it to you in writing. We may decline or reschedule any request.

You agree that information you submit is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that where it concerns another person you have their permission to share it with us.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website - including text, layout, graphics, icons, diagrams, source code and the arrangement of them - is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not:

• Republish, sell, rent, sub-licence or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the site.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material in a way that competes with us.

Our total aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to PHP 0.00 / a stated cap. Liability relating to services we deliver under a signed agreement is governed by the limits set out in that agreement.
