What this website collects, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by IKIGAISPACE IT SOLUTIONS, trading as IT Solutions, with its registered office at1857 Yakal St. Ponce Capitol Cebu City, registered in the Philippines under SEC / DTI Registration No. 6914162.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) we are the personal information controller for the data described below. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached atcontact@ikigaispace.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you actively send us. We do not run advertising trackers, behavioural profiling, or third-party analytics on this site.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us, sensitive personal information as defined by the Data Privacy Act - such as health records, government identifiers, or financial account details - through this website.

3. Why we collect it

To answer you. Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
To arrange a call. A selected date and time is used to confirm a meeting with you.
To improve what we offer. Aggregate patterns in enquiries help us understand which services are in demand. This does not involve profiling individuals.
To keep the site working. Server logs help diagnose faults and identify abuse.
To respect your settings. Your theme choice is remembered so the site looks the same on your next visit.

Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for 12 months, then deleted.
Enquiries that become engagements are retained for the life of the engagement and for 5 years afterwards, to meet contractual and tax record-keeping obligations.
Server logs are kept for 90 days.
Your theme preference never reaches us. It stays in your browser until you clear your site data.

6. How we protect it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it to respond to you, and is controlled by individual accounts rather than shared logins.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at serious risk, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as required under the Data Privacy Act.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to:

Be informed about how your personal information is processed.
Access the personal information we hold about you.
Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete.
Object to processing, or withdraw consent you previously gave.
Have your information erased or blocked where there is no lawful reason for us to keep it.
Obtain a copy of your information in a portable electronic format.
Be indemnified for damages arising from inaccurate, false, or unlawfully obtained information.
Complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.

To exercise any of these, email inquiry@ikigaispace.com. We will respond within 15 working days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not disclose your information to somebody else.

8. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage, named is-theme, which records whether you chose the light or dark appearance. It contains no identifier and is never transmitted to us.

Clearing your browsing data removes it. The site works normally without it; you will simply start in the default light theme each visit.

9. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The date at the top reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you directly.
