You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and for a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for a purpose (marketing included), or for it in a file you can take elsewhere. These rights come from the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and, where it applies, the GDPR. Our Privacy Notice explains them.
- We email you a link to confirm the address is yours: that is how we make sure nobody else asks in your name.
- We reply within 30 days of receiving the request. If it is complex and needs longer, we tell you why within those 30 days.
- It is free. Some records we must keep by law, such as invoices; if so we tell you which and why.
